350 kN Capacity Machine Jack Screws

Jacton 350 kn capacity machine jack screws designed for the adjustment of horizontal presses or saw blade tension. Available in 10:1 and 40:1 worm gear ratios. There are no standard stroke and all worm gear screw jack systems travel lengths are built with customers required. Available stroke from 50mm to 6000mm.
Features of 350 kN Capacity Machine Jack Screws
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static load capacity 350 kN in tension or compression.
2. Self-locking with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position.
3. 100mm diameter lifting screw, 10mm lead acme screw (single start acme thread).
4. Available in 10:1 and 40:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 50mm to 6000mm.
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a hand wheel with handle (manual screw jack) or by a electric motor (electric screw jack).
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

The specifications of 350 kn capacity machine jack screws include maximum load capacity, worm screw diameter and pitch, worm gear ratio, allowable maximum input power, torque and speed and overall efficiency etc.
1. Conditions: 20% running time/60 minutes or 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. Maximum allowable input power 11kw, when your selection is exceed the maximum input power, the operational restrictions due to thermal limits. you will need to choose the bigger size screw jacks in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
2. Nm=input torque required, kW=input power required.
3. H=high ratio 10:1 (1mm stroke for one input turn), L=slow ratio 40:1 (0.25mm stroke for one input turn).
