Bath towels are either 100% cotton or a cotton/polyester blend,usually 85% cotton, 15% polyester. Bath towels made of the blend ofcotton and polyester are more durable than just plain cotton towelsand will last longer than just plain cotton. However, cotton towelshave a higher absorbency then the blended towels.
