The gantry-type numerical control cutting machine is not only
magnificent in appearance, but also stable in operation, high in
working efficiency and long in service life, and can bear a small
onboard plasma power supply on its beam. In addition, the machine
is used for cutting large, medium and small steel plates of various
metal materials such as carbon steel, manganese steel, stainless
steel, etc. The horizontal span of this machine is 3m, 4m, 6m, 8m
and other specifications, for all of which the double driving mode
is adopted. Besides, the multiple cutting torches can be configured
as required by the user, or the two-purpose cutting mode of
free-form cutting and straight cutting may be configured; the
plasma auto-adjusting height system and plasma power supply may be
configured, depending on your needs.
1. Cross beam: The square tube butt welding structure is adopted,
featuring good rigidity, high precision, light weight and small
inertia. All weldments are subjected to vibration aging

2. Vertical and cross drives: The precision gear and rack (7-level
precision) transmission mode is adopted for them. The cross slide
way is the linear slideway from Taiwan, and the longitudinal slide
way is made of precisely-processed special steel rails, ensuring
the smooth operation, high precision, durability, cleanness and
beauty of the cutting machine; the planetary reducer is used, to
effectively guarantee the accuracy and balance of movement.
3. Longitudinal drive frame (end frame): The horizontal guide
pulleys are installed at both ends, to adjust the compression
degree of eccentric wheels at the bottom of the drive frame to the
slideway, to keep the stable guidance of the whole machine during
movement. Besides, the frame is equipped with a dust remover, to
scrape and sweep the sundries accumulating on the surface of the
slide way at any time.
4. The drive system is the Panasonic AC servo system, making the
whole machine run smoothly, with rather wide slewing range and
short acceleration time.
5. The lifting body is an aluminum alloy structure. Its guiding are
achieved with a linear slide way, and its rising with a ball screw.
