L-type Positioner & Headstock Positioner
-The LWP type elevating and double turning positioner is mainly
used for welding assembly of parts. By means of worktable’
rotating, tilting and elevating, it can be placed to ideal position
for welding and assembly. Seed of worktable revolving is controlled
by invariably continuously, attaining satisfactory welding speed to
greatly improve the welding quality, reducing welder labor
intensity and improve labor productivity.
-The LWP positioner consists of main frame, elevating plate,
worktable rotation unit, tilt unit, hydraulic system and electrical
system. The equipment’s casting, heat treating parts, machining
parts and welding parts etc. meet the relevant standards.
-The main frame is consists of base frame and a column. The base
frame is welded with plates and structural sections, which has good
characteristics of strength and strain. The column adapts box-shape
structure, which welded with two guide rail base of 45# steel with
annealing heat treatment, can efficiently prevent overturn when
working with workload.
-Elevating plate is the bridge connects the main frame and tilt
device. It can up/down on the linear guide way installed on the
guide rail base of main frame driven by hydraulic cylinder.
-The rotating unit is mainly consists of beam, worktable, bevel
gear worm gearbox, brake motor and slewing bearing. The beam is a
part of supporting the worktable, which is welded with plats and do
annealing heat treatment. The worktable is made of plates with
finish machines treatment. It opens some locating holes to allocate
The slewing bearing uses single roll type made by the professional
manufacturer. There is a whole airproof device which made by the
heat-resistant rubber on the slewing. In this way, the oil will not
leak out and the external dust will not enter inside to damage the
slewing bearing. Worktable rotation motor uses brake motor.
The drive reducers use bevel gear worm gearbox, which have high
loading capacity, high transmission efficiency and high shock

ring. The drive device installed on the elevating plate, including
bevel gear worm gearbox and brake motor. The slewing bearing uses
single roll bearing type. It can load the work-piece and turn to
the ideal position for welding and assembling. The hydraulic system
is consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, oil pipe system
