According to the raw water source and the required treated water
quality, the color and turbidity are the two target items to
handle. Accordingly , filtering process is chose. Flocculation is
also necessary to be used prior to filtering considering a certain
turbidity in order to make sure the cleaning efficiency.
Consequently, we scheme to use the process combining the
flocculation and filtering .

- A Flocculation dosing device to make the flocculating agent go
through and mix into the raw water within the mixing pipe. Then the
dosed water enter the reacting tank of the integrated high-effected
filtering device . There through multistage rotational flow ,
organics ,suspended materials and colloid in the water combine with
flocculating agent resulting in larger flocs .
- Those produced flocs together with water go into the sedimentation
tank and settle down to the bottom with the action of gravity and
inclined tube .
- Then water is decanted from the sedimentation tank to the filtering
tank where smaller flocs are traped over the surface of the
filtering layer of quartz sand while clean water go through the
layer and go into the clean water tank being ready for use.

1.1 equipment features
The dosing device is for dosing flocculation agent to turn the suspended materials into flocs and
disinfector to kill Bacteria, and it therefore increases the performance of the integrated
water filtering system.
The dosing device is designed to use a single mixer with a single chemical barrel . Using imported flocculation dosing metering pump makes dosage
control stable and accurate. This device covers chemical
dissolution , a dissolved solution tank and a metering pump. The
tanks are made of PE
1.2 integrated gravity auto-backwashed water filtering device
This integrated gravity auto-backwashed water filtering device is our R&D
product. It is a new general one based on our absorption of both
domestic and international technology in water treatment. It has
naturals of fast construction period, consolidated investment, compact layout,
flexible, small footprint, effluent quality , simple operation and
maintenance and is desirable equipment for water supply serving
towns or industrial and mining enterprises. Treated water meets
national "drinking water health standards" and the it’s appearance
provides a more convenient access for urban water supply, and other
small water purification station of industrial or mining
Body tanks of the whole device are factory-welded stainless steel
or factory-coated carbon steel tanks in our company . The finally
finished device from our workshop is transported to local site and
there can be assembled and put into use. This helps to make a fast
The harsh design of our integrated water filtering device is fully
based on different water quality in different places. Apart from a
right option in dosing amount , we also increase a special grid
with flocculating reacting process in order to achieve an enough
full flocculating reaction. The design of surface load is more
conservative here to increase the shock load capability of the
equipment and make our equipment fit to a more wide range of water
treatment. Filtration system uses distribution with a small
resistance for deep slow sand filtration to ensure a filtered water
turbidity ≤3 degrees.
The integrated gravity auto-backwashed water filtering device
display an excellent design with easy operation and maintenance ,
auto-operating by clever use of hydraulic characteristics requiring
less specialized operator when the people on the street can operate
the device perform automatically until the end.
Backwash operates automatically once a certain extend of block over
the surface of filtering layer appears. No moving parts are
equipped with the device and the fault is almost none happen with
