Description


Chip NTC thermistors are thermally sensitive semiconductive resistors that are designed for temperature measurement and compensation. The portfolio covers NTC thermistors with excellent long-term stability in high-temperature and high humidity environment, e.g. for smart phone, tablet by small case size, automotive applications, LED modules and industrial applications. Tight tolerances of resistance and B value allow highly accurate temperature sensing capabilities.

Main Features


Terminal electrodes with Ag-Ni-Sn three-layer structure having excellent weldability, soldering resistance;

Monolayer structure technology, distribution capacity is low (less than 3PF), can be used in high-frequency field;Glass surface using encapsulation technology (10 μm), having good mechanical strength and moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance.Operating temperature range is -40~+125℃.
