powder coating machine is to do on line coating, cleaning, curing, cooling for the DC motor armature with even and fast insulation coating.

1. Production process

1.1 Manually assembly the armature to fixtures and place onto the screw rod

1.2 Auto electrostatic powder coating

1.3 Auto cleaning the fixtures and armature

1.4 High frequency curing

1.5 Auto strong air cooling

1.6 Manually take the armature from the screw rod and disassembly the fixtures from armature.

Also it can includes the de-oiling step and fixture return conveyor etc.

2. Machines configuration

Machine body size: 5500X810X1450MM(L*W*H)

Loading zone 1000mm (with dust-proof cover of length 250mm) coating zone 900mm,

cleaning zone 900mm, curing zone 1200mm,

unloading zone 1500mm (Note:above size will have some changes in the production according to the situation)

2.1 Electrostatic hi-pot generator (own its internal electricity)voltage is adjustable within0-60KW, its control and display in the panel. Feature: little loss Hi-pot cable, stable output of hi-pot electrastactic, high absortion of electrostatic, fast and high rate coating.

2.2 Armature transmission Inverter motor (ZBG),Inverter(ADLEE)stepless adjustable speed, Transmission screw rod is made of epoxy rod, it is of OD40mm, Its driving supporter is TFE sleeve. Fixtures transmission stretcher is made of non-stainless steel square pipe.

2.3 Powder coating Fluidizing box can be fast disassembly for cleaning. By specialized design of auto feeding device, it can do powder feeding without stop and maintain the powder level in the coating box same, so that ensure even coating and coherent thickness.

2.4 Powder recyling system 2 classes powder recyling device can ensure no dust spraying over in the air. 1st class is tornado separator tower, underneath is automatic powder feeding device, which ensures most recyling powder be back to coating area while the machine is working. 2nd class is pulse anti-blow cleaner, which blows off the powder from the filters to reduce the labor cost. Its recyling airflow is 2500m3 /hour, motor used is 2.2KW, the speed is upto 2900rpm. It is equipped with 4 pieces filters and pulse cleaner. And also muffler device is installed at the mouth of the blower to reduce the noise.

2.5 Powder cleaning device 2 times powder shaving to clean the round diameter of the armature stack 2 times powder blowing to clean the fixture, whose air is compressed air, its power energy is compressed air

2.6 Powder curing One set electronic tube high frequency heating device of 25KW power to do the curing for the coating armature. And water cooler set-up do the cooling for the high frequency heating device, which includes he water pump and pipes.

2.7 Cooling and unloading zone 2 pieces cross flow blower to cool down the curing armature, until the fixtures cooling down for disassembly for next cycle production.

2.8 Machine frame, working bench, doors The frame is welded of 6# channel steel and profile steel, The working bench is made of insulation board of 8mmthickness, The doors and sealing board is made of powder coating cold metal sheet of 1.2mm thickness.

2.9 Dust-proof cover Size: 3000x650x650mm(L*W*H) Frame is aluminum alloy 30*30 Maintenance door, all sealing board, doors are made of organic glass
