Introduction:
Silica sand drying equipment is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry to dry materials such as limestone, coal powder, slag and clay.
It can be widely used in:

Main features:
1. Rotary dryer has strong anti overload ability, large handling capacity, less fuel consumption and low cost.
2. Adopt downstream drying method. The hot air with wet materials enter into the dryer by the same side, and use the high temperature air to achieve very high evaporation strength. The exist temperature of dryer is low, the thermal efficiency is high.
3. According to different materials' properties it can change operation parameters.
4.New feeding and discharging device eliminate the feeding jams, uneven and returning charge phenomenon.
5. New internal structure has strengthened the materials cleaning and heat transfer effect, eliminating the sticky phenomenon in cylinder body.
6. Rotary Dryer has realized "zero horizontal thrust", greatly reducing the wear of block roller, and cylinder's operation is smooth and reliable.
7. It adopts "center-adjusting roller device", which greatly reduces the wear and power consumption.
8. According to customer's request for product size and moisture, when drying slime, the moisture can reach below 8%, particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
