Cat7 Ethernet cable is Double-shielded twisted pair SSTP patch cord with aluminum Mylar foil, 80% tinned copper braid shield. The CAT 7 LAN network cable is a four-pair data cable for transmission frequencies over 600 MHz / 1000 Mbit

CAT 7 Cable shielding has been added for individual wire pairs and the cable as a whole. Besides the shield, the twisting of the pairs and number of turns per unit length increases RF shielding and protects from crosstalk.
