The Introduction of This Part

1st. Material: It used a Hasco material. As our service orientation is customized processing, so the material is also in accordance with customer needs.

2nd. Component Machining: First of all, flat grinding, followed by EDM, and finally wire cutting.

3rd. Machining Accuracy: The machining accuracy of this injection mold part shown below:

• Face grinding accuracy: 0.001 mm
• Discharging accuracy: 0.002 mm
• Vertical accuracy: 0.002 mm
• Surface roughness: Ra0.4 um

4th. Used Software: CAXA, UG, CAD, CAM, Pro/ E, Auto CAD 2000, solid work 2001, etc.

5th. Drawing Formats:

• 2D-- dxf & dwg & pdf;
• 3D-- UG files: like STP, IGS, X_T., Prt.
• Or other drawing formats can be accepted.

6th. Processing Equipments: For the part now shown, the machine used in the process is as follows:
