Summary

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Weaving Machine For Filter Screen is composed of frame, main drive part, browning mechanism, rapier weft pulling mechanism and automatic holding mechanism. The main drive includes motor, two-stage belt drive and crankshaft. The rapier weft pulling mechanism includes gear, eccentric rod, connecting rod, tube joint bearing, weft clamping device, sword path and rapier belt. The upper end of the eccentric rod is installed On the pin shaft of the gear, the lower end is connected with the connecting rod, and the two connecting rods are provided with a pipe joint bearing, the lower connecting rod end is connected with the rack through the pipe joint bearing, the rack is meshed with the gear fixed with the sword belt, the gripper cuts off the weft line and the gripper edge, and the browning mechanism includes a cam, a browning foot, a browning and a pulley. Low noise, high production efficiency and improved operation conditions.

Operation

1. The weaving machine can be started up and stopped at any running position.
2. It has the function of automatic stop and red/green light indication at weft or warp broken.
3. At a fault of weft broken or warp broken, the weaving machine will be automatically stopped and the red/green light will give an indication. The weaving machine can be brought back into normal operation after the fault is removed, the STOP button is pressed down, and the indicator is turned off. If the indicator does not turn off when the STOP button is pressed down, and the weaving machine can not be brought back into normal operation even by pressing down the FORWARD button, it means the fault hasn't been removed yet.
4. When necessary, the weaving machine can be stopped at any running position by pressing down the STOP button.
5. The weaving machine will be brought into reverse running by pressing down the REVERSE button. Usually reverse running is required at any weft broken, but it is recommended not using this function frequently otherwise the rapier will break off the warp line or the motor will be damaged because of overheat.
