Roots blower - Working principle:

Roots fan is a positive displacement fan. The air volume delivered is proportional to the revolution. Each rotation of the three-blade impeller is carried out by two impeller for three times suction and exhaust.Compared with the two-blade type, the gas has low pulsation, low vibration and low noise.There is always a small gap between the impeller's end face and the front and rear end covers of the fan and between the fan impeller. The downwind driven by the synchronous gear is transmitted from the inlet of the fan along the inner wall of the shell to the discharging side.Fan cavity does not need lubricating oil, simple structure, smooth operation, stable performance, suitable for a variety of purposes, has been used in a wide range of fields.
