Rear deltoid:

• Adjust seat height so arms parallel to floor while holding inside handles.
• Sit facing pad and grip handles firmly
• With elbows bent slightly,rotate handles out and back ,keeping elbows at grip height
• Return weight with controlled movement to starting position
