MACHINE APPLICATION:

This plastic pipe bundling machine is an automatic packing line for plastic pipe industries, the functions include pipe counting, feeding, storage, aligning, bundling, strapping, conveying, ejection system and etc. It can be connected to the pipe extruders for integrated and automatic operation. It is a set of efficient, convenient and safe wrapping machinery for pipe bundle packaging.

WORK FLOW:

• Collect the pipe orderly into pipe basket. Or connect the packing line to the extruder.
• Feeding(elevating)& storing the pipes one by one.
• Counting the number of the pipes by program.
• Accumulate and array the pipes.
• Aligning the pipe bundle.
• Bundling& strapping the pipe bundle by stretch film.
• Strapped pipe bundle ejected and moved to the storage station.
