Working principle

When the plunger moves downward, the volume of the plunger cavity increases, forming a low pressure, and the fuel enters the plunger cavity from the fuel pump through the oil inlet; when the plunger moves upward, the fuel in the plunger cavity is compressed and the pressure increases.

2. The outlet valve controls the injection: When the pressure in the plunger cavity rises to a resistance that exceeds the spring force of the outlet valve and the opening pressure of the injector, the outlet valve opens, and the high-pressure fuel is delivered to the injector through the outlet through the high-pressure oil pipe to realize fuel injection. When the plunger continues to move upward to a certain position, the return oil hole opens, the high-pressure oil refluxes, the outlet valve closes, and the injection ends.
