Material

We usually use Q235B steel for the lighting poles

Raw material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q255, Q355, Q420, Q460 used in China.

Manufacturing Process

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including two bending calibration machines, hydraulic plate shearing machine, cutting machine, slitting machine, two gas welding machines, hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

Finshed Products

Door Treatment:

Normally there are one or two electric bars inside the door.

Door will be bolted on the pole.

Pole Arm:

Single Arm: Curved end arm or seperate arm

Double Arms: Seperated from the pole

Diameter: Ø 48 mm--Ø 80mm

Thickness: Above 3.0mm

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional engineers to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
